Welcome to the CID.  If you have heard stories about us, they are wrong.  They are fabricated tails made by the planetary council to try to incriminate our people.  We are not a terrorist group, and we do not kill the innocent.  We fight for the well being of the universe.  We attack those who have a weak form of life, a poor government, a poverty-stricken planet, or a planet in which the people are suffering due to pathetic attempts at ruling the population of a once great civilization.  I am not an oppressor, I am the solution.  Oppression is my way of taking affirmative action to secure the safety of society, and to ensure the well being of the planet.  Without me, the universe is sure to collapse.  The time will come in which the galaxy will swallow itself, I am simply trying to postpone that monumental tragedy.
